Property Maintenance & Repair

Routine and reactive maintenance for residential and light-commercial properties across Oradea. We handle plumbing diagnostics, carpentry repairs, interior paintwork, and general upkeep — all quoted in advance, all completed to a signed specification. Regular maintenance contracts are available for landlords managing multiple units.

Product Sourcing & Delivery

Need specific materials, fixtures, or household products that are difficult to source locally? We maintain supplier relationships across Romania and can procure and deliver to your door within three to five working days. We do not mark up prices beyond a transparent handling fee disclosed at the time of order.

Home & Business Advisory

Scheduled consultation sessions — in person at your property or over a video call — for households and small businesses planning renovations, dealing with contractor disputes, or simply wanting a second opinion from someone who has seen hundreds of similar projects. Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes and are charged at a flat hourly rate.

Seasonal Inspection Packages

A comprehensive pre-winter and pre-summer inspection covering heating systems, roof and gutter condition, window seals, and external drainage. We produce a written report with a prioritised list of recommended actions and optional quotes for any remedial work identified. Bookings for the autumn package open each September.

How quickly can you attend an urgent job?

For genuine emergencies — burst pipes, electrical faults, or structural damage — we aim to have a qualified team member on site within four hours during business hours. After-hours urgent call-outs are available for existing clients on our maintenance contract at a pre-agreed rate.

Do you work outside Oradea?

Our primary service area covers Oradea and the surrounding Bihor county. We occasionally accept projects in nearby towns such as Salonta and Beiuș when our schedule allows. Travel costs for jobs outside Oradea are disclosed transparently in the quote.

What happens if I need to reschedule an appointment?

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for a reschedule or cancellation. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a small administrative fee if materials were pre-ordered specifically for the job. We understand that life is unpredictable and exercise discretion — especially for long-standing clients.

Are your services guaranteed?

All workmanship carries a 12-month guarantee as standard. If an issue arises from a job we completed within that period, we return at no additional charge to assess and rectify the problem. Materials supplied by third-party manufacturers carry their own warranty, which we help you claim if needed.

Can I pay in instalments for larger projects?

For projects exceeding 3.000 lei, we offer a straightforward two-stage payment: 40% on agreement and 60% on completion. For very large renovation projects we can discuss a milestone-based schedule. We do not charge interest on agreed payment plans.
